    Meditating together

"Group meditation is a castle that protects the new spiritual aspirants as well as the veteran meditators. Meditating together
increases the degree of Self-realization of each member of the group by the law
of invisible vibratory exchange of group magnetism." —Paramahansa
    Yogananda in Seeking God Together

    Kriya yoga

"By the definite science of meditation known for millenniums to the yogis and sages of India, and to Jesus, any seeker of God can enlarge the caliber of his consciousness to omniscience to receive within
himself the Universal Intelligence of God." — Paramahansa Yogananda

The sacred science of Kriya Yoga consists of advanced techniques of meditation - taught by Paramahansa Yogananda- whose devoted
practice leads to the realization of God and liberation of the soul from all forms
of bondage. It is the royal or supreme technique of yoga, divine union.

    Kirtan

Kirtan is a form of devotional chanting whose roots go back over 500 years to India. It is a form of Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion) and has the power to open the heart. The singing is accompanied by musical instruments. You will not be able to resist the urge to join in! In its heartfelt expression kirtan can induce profound states of meditation, bliss, and ecstasy.

Learn more about the divine art of kirtan and listen to or watch monastics chanting in a Kirtan group in the link below.

You are invited to join our Kirtan/Meditation session on the Fourth Saturday of every month from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, following the Saturday early meditation.
